Our social walks continue until the end of March 2017.
It is easy to go into hibernation mode in the winter and not get out much. So if you need some motivation to help banish those winter blues and to step out for some fresh air and exercise, join one of our social walks and explore the area’s green spaces and useful short cuts.
Everyone is welcome so do bring your family, friends and neighbours!
Look out for our Health Walk Leaders in their Best Foot Forward t-shirts at the start of each walk.
