October passed by in a flash as did our month of walks led by health professionals. A month felt far too short so we are pleased to let you know that the social walks will begin again this week and continue throughout the winter up until the end of March 2017.
So if you are having trouble motivating yourself to get up and out for some fresh air and exercise with the dark evenings and colder weather, we hope the offer of our social walks will help inspire you to continue to be active over the winter.
Everyone is welcome so do bring your family, friends and neighbours!
The two walks that will continue from Thursday 17 November until the end of March are the Thursday walk from the Bricklayers and Saturday walk from the Dog and Pheasant.
Thursdays starting 17th November – 3 mile walk with the first 1.5 mile section suitable for parents and carers with buggies.
